The CSPCP and Pallium launched The Canadian Palliative Care Exchange in July 2020, with support from the Canadian Medical Association, Scotiabank, and MD Financial Management. It is a professional learning site, moderated by members of the CSPCP, and open to all health care professionals including physicians, nurses, social workers, and pharmacists.
