Bylaws
The bylaws of the CSPCP were revised in 2014 in compliance with the new federal Not-for-Profit Corporations Act. The bylaws were approved by the Membership at the Society’s AGM on May 31, 2014. Bylaw 15 was amended via Special Resolution on May 24, 2019. The definition of “quorum” was amended via Member Resolution on October 22, 2020 (Bylaws 1 and 24).
